Because every Hero Hub item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart before ordering.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Contact Hero Hub within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

LOST PACKAGES
Report a package that has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

IMPORTANT
Do not mail items directly to Printful. Contact Hero Hub first so we can review and process your claim. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
